We offer custom compression springs made from a range of materials. In-house CNC spring coilers are used to manufacture precision compression springs with close tolerance spring loads, making them ideal for a multitude of critical applications. Different spring configurations such as hourglass (concave), barrel (convex), and conical compression springs can be manufactured with our CNC coilers.
Springs are available in wire sizes ranging from 0.006” to 0.250". Open ended, close ended, and combination ended configurations are available. End grinding services are offered for compression springs with a minimum wire size of 0.018” and outer diameter from 0.060” to 3”. Customers can also choose from our wide range ...
Using our CNC spring coiling machines, we can produce custom extension springs with wire diameters from 0.006" to 0.210". Suited for use in a wide range of applications, including carburetors and farm machinery, our custom extension springs are available in various materials including stainless steel.
Extension springs are available with different end configurations to facilitate the attachment to components being acted upon. End configurations that we offer include side hooks, center hooks, extended hooks, combination hooks, and custom shaped hooks.
Our in-house engineering department can design extension springs to have initial tensions according to the load requirement of your applications. We can also validate ...
We manufacture single-bodied and double-bodied torsion springs with different end configurations including straight, offset, and hinge ends. Based on your custom application needs, torsion springs can be produced with wire diameters ranging from 0.006" to 0.165", and designed to rotate either counter-clockwise or clockwise. Operating environment, life expectancy, and spring load are taken into account when designing your custom torsion springs.
Our wire forms are available in a range of materials, including exotic materials, copper, and stainless steel. Wire forms can be manufactured to specific angle and length requirements with our high-speed, fourslide machines and CNC wire formers. Our automatic machines allow precision accuracy and repeatability for any volume order.
Our secondary operation capabilities can also be used to produce small orders of wire forms, which are normally not suitable for automatic formation. Customers can also choose from a range of finishing options for wire forms, including surface treatment, plating, and cleaning.
Design assistance and verification of your designs are performed by our engineering department. We accept your ...
We manufacture precision strip form parts from a range of materials, using high-volume fourslide machines. Precision strip forms are available in thicknesses from 0.015" to 0.125” and widths from 0.375" to 1.875".
Our fourslide machines handle both stamping and forming operations, allowing us to reduce additional tooling costs and lead time, as well as to ensure high quality in all metal stampings. Our four slide forming machines are capable of manufacturing intricate strip forms with multiple bends. We specialize in building complex tooling.
We perform precision metal stamping operations, such as forming, blanking, and piercing, on materials of up to 0.093" in thickness, using high-speed four slide machines and presses. Our metal stamping services are suitable for forming sheet metals made from various materials, including stainless steel, copper, and aluminum. Featuring a maximum tonnage capacity of 22 tons, our machines can perform accurate stamping operations with good repeatability.
An in-house tooling fabrication service supports our stamping capabilities, and we provide secondary services, including heat treatment, surface treatment, and plating, for the finishing of stamped components.
To ensure high quality in all our stampings, we have various ...
We have end grinding capabiliies for compression springs with wire diameters ranging from 0.006" to 0.250" . Our end coil grinding operations enhance the squareness of compression springs, which in turn helps to reduce buckling problems during operation. Spring end grinding also ensures the length consistency on your springs and exertion of uniform pressure on flat surfaces. Compression springs finished with our end spring grinding process stand straight and mate flush with flat surfaces.
Inspections are carried out on our grinders at regular intervals to ensure high quality in our spring grinding operations. Several factors, including the spring material, spring dimensions, grinder type, and the abrasive used are taken into ...
